Mmm i guess IOS has the biggest bang for your buck if you have an ipad. its not free but definitely a better value .
You can get for 40 bucks Beatmaker 3 which i use, or Cubasis which is around 50 i think. U can pretty much do all the sampling stuff u do in other daws, only difference really is that in a mobile device imho

The new Mikro about to drop on the 18th for $249 but if you live in a city where Mom and Pop arab music stores exist, you can probably get it for $200.
