Any heads going thru Agile Scrum Master training

Any of my gov't contractor brehs going thru this? I'm going thru the training right now, and I'll pass with flying colors but my superiors expects me to be the person who spearheads the implementation of agile methodology within the company.

I'm wondering if anyone is a certified Scrum/Scrum of scrums at their company and how they've implemented it.

The training is a cake walk lol everyone “passes”.

Most orgs mis use Scrum masters and just use Project Managers and make them host the scrum ceremonies. In reality scrum masters focus on removing road blocks, and putting developers in a position to be efficient.

I just want to know about the actual implementation process. Also being in charge of running the ceremonies

I did thr CSM for informational puroposes. I have the CSPO cert because im a product guy.

got it. Are you in business development? What is your view on the direction of Agile as far as it's use in the fed gov't?

I know certain agencies like the IRS are requiring Agile/Lean principles from their contractors.

I do Product Managemrnt from a software perspective. All of the Lean ideals originated in manufacturing and have become popular in Software shops, and many other industries are now trying to take the ideals.

The core ideals are really
Eliminate waste (with waste being anything that does not add value)
Frequent customer emgagement and feedback
Continous improvement
Interations vs long release time so you can fail fast and adapt quickly as you learn more being that things can change on a whim and with long release cycles you may be releasing something based on dated information.
