The only option I can think of is streaming. Always keep your home computer with the 3tb of music on it on when you're out. Stream it to your phone. There you can listen to it through Bluetooth in your car or with headphones when you're working out or walking around and shyt. You won't get the best quality, but it'll be acceptable. My brother does this in his car. shyt sounds good to me.

If you wanna get real fancy, put a wifi hotspot in your car

This could work but i prefer a offline mp3 player 3tb edition. If i am going to use the internet, i might as well use spotify that is in the jbo section.

Well they don't even make 3TB SSDs I don't think, and if they do, they'd be well over $1000.

You can get a 3TB HDD for cheap, but that would be too big and take techical skills not many have. Plus, it would be prone to breaking and be clunky as hell

Apple killed the MP3 market so no.

Fiio makes HiFi players but nothing even close to 1 TB, you'll get like 32GB internal with a SD slot for 128GB at the most.

:yeshrug:

I miss my 250Gb and 500Gb Archos .. and the 256 Zune..

Damn apple and these 8g, 16g players...

I copped the 200GB SD for my phone cause I need my collection with me. don't know what mood i'll be in

You know, if you were an Electrical Engineer and knew a Programmer you could probably make one with the highest storage ssd for yourself. You could probably use Raspberry Pi. :jbhmm:

If I only had that skill set that would be a fun project actually, and you could then sell it if it turned out well. :jbhmm:

I got 2 tb of music myself, but just switch out albums every few months on my iPhone. But if I could have it all and it played 5.1 dvd-a and s-cd rips too, shyt would be :wow:

You could have the high end audio market on lock :jbhmm:

Actually years ago when MP3s first started and before the ipod was the next shyt.... i conceptually had a product and I was approached by this guy to further develop it. I wasnt about to quit my job and develop something, appear on shark tank and have no income .. then about 2-3 years later the ipod hit and i took a L

Now its not even cost effective. Im at a point when i take a thinned out PC with a small screen and go from there. After i started messing with HTPC my passion for a device stopped. I almost did a car PC w/ touchscreen put its aint it anymore either

we just need a decent software - we can always use those open sourced ones...

for the hardware, we can use a raspberry pi or something else that is smaller ...
