I do work at a call center but a non traditional one so not sure how much advice I can give. @luvaznpoon where will you be working if you dont mind me asking?
Toughen up emotionally as best you can. People call in and treat you like a non-human verbal punching bag. Good for temporary work but, try not to make a career out of it unless you love talking to mostly frustrated people.

Call center work is not for the weak. It takes a strong willed person to handle that shyt.
The micromanaging, the constant "get in the queue", the unrealistic sales goals, the timed bathroom breaks, the constant having to bite your tongue, incompetent management...don't miss that shyt at all

What kinda call center? An Inbound call center??
I worked at one for a year and legit wanted to give up on life.
I'm a receptionist but I'd say learn how to kiss clients and costumers ass. And learn how to optimistically dismiss people. Always try to put the workload if it's too heavy onto someone else.
And if it's fails hit the boss with a "I did what's in my job description"

.Its inbound but for Garmin so we get alot of good benifits and they actually treat us well and dont watch us all day like kids lol.

Yo, I'm being dead ass. Because call center work is some serious shyt.
Research the company...indeed, Glassdoor, etc. see what current and former employees are saying. Try and see how the turnover rate is. Call centers usually have VERRRRRY high turnover rates because most people can't manage it.
Don't accept any positions until you ask the right questions. Ask the manager what their management style is. Do they have an open door policy? And always always always always always keep your resume floating out there and keep your options open ALWAYS.
I'm serious bro. This ain't a game. It is not a joke. This some serious shyt you inquiring about.
