Anyways I actually made a thread for not just investment bankers but aspiring portfolio managers and corporate financiers as well. Probably on the third or fourth page by now. I type this with my own summer analyst interview 4 hours away.

I already do real estate stuff

This guy I know is gonna put me on with his capital market advisory firm because I have the connections/know how to arrange financing for re developers.

Tbh before this I never considered working in the industry because I didnt go to a prestigious school/get good grades/intern etc etc

My connections are with developers

The idea is I get developers hooked up with their mezzanine lenders, equity investors etc
