Damn was in the downtown Westport area this Saturday the whole area was gentrified, looked like the suburbs and all kinds of new buildings down there maybe 80% of the people I saw were white. May have been coincidence like country concert somewhere but damn.
I used to hang out downtown when I was younger. I think that was my first firsthand experience with it. I remember when friends were starting to get priced out of housing I should have realized it was a trend. Funny how something you've only thought about in theoretical terms slaps you in the face
