well maybe its because they're chasing their goals and not even thinking about it, and it just naturally comes or even if they aren't shyt and losers,maybe its because they have confidence and carry themselves in a certain way. In order to love yourself u must detach yourself from worldy desires. Try to accomplish your goals, and they'll notice. U don't have to constantly obsessively put your self worth into getting women. Learn to love things that arent materialistic and superficial. Everything isn't about sex. Strive for great things and all the things u desire will come.

The time u spend chasing ass is sad waste. If u use that time to read, study, master a craft, do so self reflection etc...you can become something great, and the automatically the ladies will respect u, u don't have to be constantly angry at them. Women by nature respect alphas, powerful men(they'll never admit it but its obvious by now). Nothing is more alpha then conquering your goals, having knowledge of self. A lot of older people and most guys do they appreciate that im a young man trying to work instead of slangin drugs or something. When i was in high school i was worse off i was on that dumb shyt instead of trying to get money. If i did just have a problem it would be women i said in another thread girls just never seem to like me only my friends but as i got older i just had to understand that they got a preference and if I don't meet it then that's just how it goes

I had the same emotional discontent and i felt like my outlets were failing me psychologically until i discovered how to make stuff like programs and art


Now when I get like that, I take my frustration out on building/designing something and I realized I'm either going to make stuff that I like if I can't have people that I like.

And I think its a pretty good outlet the good thing about stuff like music and art is you can only get better with time and effort never worse.

It's all the same thing kinda As long as ur producing content rather than just consuming it. Having just 1 or 2 admirers could change your whole outlook

It's tempting.. cause it seems easier to isolate
Like,, focus on career or business
Then focus on health and fitness
Then focus on people skills etc etc
Then focus on women

really though,, the magic is getting the pieces to integrate together
And to make that work, you gotta sustain steady effort
Spending 15 hours a week on women for four years
Is not the same as 60 hours a week for one year
Same with spending 30 hours a week on fitness for one year,,
That will not be as effective as 3 years of 10 hr/wk
Etc

You need the "compound interest" of time to make these modest but steady investments pay off

I never did see many of these "I'm gonna sit in this room and focus on one task for three days straight" folks go anywhere
Short term, maybe here or there
But otherwise they can't sustain that level of focus..
Cause ultimately they just become dirty recluses with high blood pressure
Totally out of step with reality
