Any of the brehs have sleep apnea?

Been diagnosed with a mild case of sleep apena but haven’t yet used a CPAP. Doing a low term study right now tho.

I have it amongst a list of other ailments they say I have. I used to use that CPAP but I have quit recently. They diagnosed me sever sleep apnea

yes, got a sleep study years ago insurance covered it but i didn't pull the trigger on getting a machine .....years later difference insurance carrier i had to get another study cause the last one expired but new insurance didn't want to cover it or anything.

ended up just buying a machine off craigslist pretty cheap too...bean using it ever since the sleep and the refreshing feeling in the morning is . i think id still use it even if i didnt have sleep apea it thats how good it feels

Going to find out Monday. People say I snore like a bear so I'm getting the home test on Monday. Doctor said my throat is narrow , when I opened up my mouth for him

I never feel rested constantly tired and all my blood work come back normal.

Been going on a while about to request a referral to get a sleep study see if it sheds any light

Dunno how I feel about a cpap machine if I do have it though

The sleep study I did was at home. It was easy. Just wear thing on your wrist for the night. Then I got the cpap machine. Dull mask.

My doctor also gave me a low dosage of Trazodone for insomnia. I take that before I go to bed. Nothing that will cause addiction. But you will feel so much better and rest throughout the day. I haven't felt tired in a minute

I think I have it now too brehs. I’ve recently put on some muscle and my sleep has gone too shyt. I’ll wake up feel like I’m choking on my tongue *pause* and last night I didn’t get any sleep as I suddenly woke up at midnight two hours after I went to bed and couldn’t go back to sleep..,

fukked up thing is I wasn’t even trying to gain muscle I’m trying to lose weight…. I ran 2 miles today and have been 2 to 3 times a week for about three weeks now
