Yeah. I can't fukk around with guns bc I lack impulse control and I'd be shooting at people on a bi-hourly basis. I've had nikkas pull out on me a few times and I got jumped at gunpoint not too long ago. I should probably keep a baseball bat or some shyt handy, but it's easier to just not frequent places where shyt might get out of hand.

Yeah, 5am in central america, lost a phone.
Was on them streets alone walking, ran into 3 high nikkas with machetes. Went back an forth about giving up the phone, until they drew them out like swords, then I was, "

I literally forgot my service weapon when I started my shift one day as a cop. I took a call for a vandalism in a store parking lot. I drive up and start taking the woman's information.... while talking to her, I put my hand on my hip and was expecting to feel the bottom edge of my pistol. I look down and the holster was empty. I was like 
I gave her the report number and dashed home to get my gun.
I have heard other stories of cops forgetting their guns. Like when they go to the jail, you have to put your gun away before you enter the jail (when bringing in someone to get booked). You put your gun in a locker at the jail or in your car. Then, when you are done booking, you get your gun from the locker before you leave or if it is in your car, you get it.

I almost was when I was a kid about 13. It was a sunday after church and I was walking to the corner store for something to drink. I was dress in all blue and yellow on in this crip area (my old chruch was located in a crip/18st area); I was walking and felt something behind me and I turned around and it was a beige box caprice and two dudes wearing red inside (probably from R20's or BPS). I remember this shyt like it was yesterday. The passenger was reaching underneath his seat and they saw my face and they saw I was a young kid (my body and height made me look older at 13); the shooter looked me in the eyes and shook his head and he said something to the driver and they drove off.
I was lucky that day
