Any of Y'all Ever Been To South Korea?

I got a plan to go there late summer/early fall (probably September, maybe August). Any of you brehs ever been there? Howis it?
I was stationed there 3 times for a total of 3 years. Fukkery and alcoholism reigns supreme
What you need to know about it, where do you plan on going?
Gunsan (or maybe it's Kunsan, not sure). I'm visiting a friend in the Air Force; how well will I be able to get around by myself with just English?

A lot of things are in English so you should be good with getting around. if you plan on going to seoul during the weekend I recommend the Hongdae area. you got a leg up over everyone because they got curfew in the country so military gotta be in by a certain time (1 am I think, could be a bit later), but some don't care and risk their careers to stay out a couple hours later

@KunsanI spent a year in Osan and it was the best year of my life. It's going to be hot as fukk, humidity on 200% Kunsan is wack as hell though fam. You'd have more fun up in Yongsan or Osan. If you go to the mall in Seoul you should check out the aquarium. That was probably the best one I've ever been to. Itaewon and Hongdae are fun if you're going to party. Can't remember the name of the amusement park but that was fun too

The things I heard living off base. I stayed damn near on the strip off the cut so I heard a lot of things dude would say to juicies because they got played.

I Was in South Korea last Summer so I can kinda help out on your questions too. You should be OK without knowing Korean lol, lots of shyt is in English. Only thing I really knew how to say was hello (Annyeoung, and Annyeoung haseyo with old ppl ), thank you (gahmsamnidah (that'd what it sounds like lol) and beer (mekju). One poster sound something about Hongdae, I definitely recommend heading there. One thing I also recommend is watch your time at night, cuz I believe the subway closes at like 1 am or 12, and then you have to either walk back to where your staying or take a taxi straight out of crazy taxi.
