If it’s strangers and you’re paying… be more honest to get something out of it.

if it’s people you know, don’t reveal anything to be used against you

Scary at first, and it’ll be hard to share to begin with, but you’ll get comfortable. Only a matter of time before y’all are sharing laughs and tears. Just get everything out.
