Let's say if you don't have the technological know-how, or if you're not in those circles to link up with programmers and coders that know how to bring such a vision to life, have any of you ever looked at the resources out there to just sell your idea?

In all seriousness, No.

I'm sure there is a way to do it, but its hard to sell an "idea" that isn't trademarked or copyrighted. Even if you suggest it, what's stopping someone from just taking the idea, making a small change and saying they created it themselves?

I agree with you wholeheartedly about someone potentially stealing your idea, but there are certain resources out there online and in-person that can help someone that just has an "idea".

You have to make it and get some users first. Make business plan for it as well.
