Depends on what you want. Trying to move into management? MBAs often prove to executive management you are ready to move from middle management to senior management. They also allow you to teach at most real colleges (which is a VERY good side hustle). I wouldn't invest in one unless you are in sales, marketing, education, or engineering (non-IT).
Don't get it twisted an MBA is not an automatic promotion degree. You still have to out-hustle the competition.

Hella adjunct positions at B-level colleges, breh. Most of them just want you to have experience in what you're teaching along with the MBA
