Been meaning to give Yoga a try for the longest but haven't had the time.
I'll try and stick with it the next time I pick it up.I have carpeting so I just use that but I'm getting rug burns on my ass and elbows so I'm gonna have to get one. Try getting an exercise mat instead if the yoga mat isn't doing it for you. I need to get back to it, I did it for a while and it was pretty enjoyable but then I got frustrated that I couldn't do some RVD type stuff after being at it a few weeks. Went back to bicep curlingI'll try and stick with it the next time I pick it up.
