i know. and i dont even know what to expect but it will prob. be temporary until i get back in to my field. any advice with interview or about the job

The key is manipulation when it comes to comes to handling your employees, go in ask for advice and when you got it down be confident and run shyt.
another main advice is do things step by step, one problem is your in charge of a bunch of different things that you can lose track on things
and another thing is learn to deal with difficult situations and to calm down when something goes bad
