smoke some loud before the gym, smoke some loud in the morning before work sometimes, and then smoke when im off to bed

fukk yea breh peoples are really sleep about smoking before the workout. shyt is :blessed: especially if u ain't feeling like going especially during cardio :whew:

Another one I worked in IT I always blazed before getting on the computer staring at code for hours on hours.

my best workouts are high as fukk going in and coming out sober sweatin my balls off its a good ass feeling man

I could never imagine smoking before, for example, some heavy ass deadlifts. Would most likely be too chill to even start the workout or risk injury

thats how i used to be until i just forced myself to start doing it

putting in heavier sets high burns more but ur so dumb minded that u dont lose motivation or start feeling bad for urself midset

i do curls with 50s but lately ive been doing 50lb curls transitioned into 50lb front raises and end it with 50lb dumbbell choppers shyt murks my forearms biceps shoulders and triceps

i love working out man

Nah it puts me in focus mode. Plus it increases your pain tolerance so you go harder. I've had my most intense workouts high

I also ran track meets in hs high but that's another story
