Any tips on how to not stress out?

i took a test the other day to see how chill/stressed i was, they told u to think of relaxing thoughts than stressful ones to see if you could go either way, but the whole time my shyt was all the way relaxed. my advice is to do a lot of drugs and get depressed, then you wont stress u just wont give a damn

Stay away from cathartic(venting) activities when you're stressed. You'll become dependant on those activities instead of deal with the issue at hand. For instance, youre angry so you go workout to blow off some steam. Now every time you get angry you're gonna go workout. The problem with this is your is gonna intensify because your brain knows you have an outlet of some sort. Best bet is to do something non physical like watch a comedy read a book.
