you might as well hide TLR too

I was at war with LSA at the time and my troops were hard pressed due to the TLR sleeper cells here from LSA. I went to JBO and asked for assistance…They acquiesced my request on condition they retain TLR for their efforts in driving off the bedwenches.


The thing is we didnt even need to go to JBO for goons, I sent emissaries to the Film Room and they sent no troops but instead one of my emissaries came back with neg rep.
