Any writers/poets here? How do yall make money off/promote your material

Im a writer. But most of my stuff is Poetry. And im trying to get things together to get a Self published Poetry Book.

In the meantime im trying to find ways to promote and make money off my comtent.

I know theres open mics. But im trying to figure out what i can do on social media.

Build up an audience on YouTube and Facebook. Then you can start a a Patreon page with exclusive content for your paying Patreon. I'm doing something similar myself.
