when a dsp driver delivers an item to a locker, they simply put it in and close it. OP is basically telling amazon, the locker was empty.


This makes it seem like the driver stole the package, or put it in the wrong locker or some shyt. Normally the driver takes a photo, but not with lockers.

The system automatically gives u 1 if u dont pick the package up in 2 days

I pick the package up
And some reason the system messes up and sends a refund for not picking up the package

The only time I got a refund is when I ordered brake pads and rotors. It was supposed to come in 3 days but it got damaged in transit. I called on the 5th day and they gave me a refund. But they already shipped a new order on the 4th day and it arrived on the 6th day.
