I was curious and decided to try it out,safe to say i think it's working.
I always had a problem with balling up a fist because it felt too weak, but now it's a lot more tightened then before. I looked up some benefits and supposedly, the pro's are
Tougher skin for swinging a punch
stronger wrist
Broader chest
punching power(this sound like some bs though)
Anybody does it as well or, has advice??
