One of the first things that I tell women is that I'm not into texting. Call me if you want to talk to me, but don't text me.
Women who don't have hobbies get into relationships and their boyfriend becomes their hobby. That kind of needy texting is not attractive. I get it, women(and men) like texting multiple people at the same time when they are bored so they can feel less lonely. However it's better to find something constructive to do than to text, because eventually those messages are going to stop coming and the loneliness will come back.
I can relate. I learned to set the tone early and be like “I’m too busy during the day at work to text like that”
