Anybody else had a problem with sealing the deal sometimes

it seems like its always the girls i dont have to do much work for that leaves me confused on my next move.

im not even gonna lie back in highschool only reason i had girlfriends was because they ended up forcing the motion(asking when i was gonna ask them out)

i dont understand it myself the flirting and getting their attention was never the problem but right when it was in my hands i would freeze up and get nervous about getting into a relationship.

i know some of yall are gonna clown me on this but honestly though can somebody explain this or can somebody relate. I gotta stop being my own worst enemy when it comes to this help me out yall

Confidence is key but you don't just "get confidence" when you're lacking it. Confidence comes with experience. You know that you have a problem with hesitating and sealing the deal, so focus on being more assertive overall. That will translate over to your dating life once you have more experience with it.

I still hesitate sometimes, but its not nearly the problem it was a few years ago. It might not ever completely go away but, with experience, you can turn it into a minor/manageable issue.
