Dreams Are Colder Than Death...
I go thru these bouts where I can go 24-72 hrs with little to no sleep (mostly no sleep). Went and got a sleep test done about a month ago. I'm just waiting on the results. I did a Tough Mudder Saturday morning around 9am and I've been awake since then. Even when I do sleep, 4 hrs is better than 8. I'm fully functional but it seems like anything past 6 hrs and I'm

I've accepted the fact that my body can't get more than 4 hours of sleep on work days. The worse is the day after a hard workout waking up and you feel your muscles still recovering. Lemme know how your test goes. Been looking for solutions for a couple of years now.
