I can handle cheese with no issue, and I can also eat yogurt a few days a week and other dairy products a few days a week, with no issue. But eating back to back, or over consecutive days is when it causes issues. Everything in moderation. I’ve given up drinking cows milk, but will continue to eat dairy items in moderation, because life is too short to be completely eliminating food I enjoy(also why I will never be a vegan)

The enzymes in Milk yogurt and cheese are different.
Most times people who can't digest milk can digest yogurt and or cheese without issue.

I’m so lactose intolerant my stomach actually growls audibly. Then I have to find a toilet within the hour cause I’m shytting my brains out. My stomach cramps up and everything. It’s terrible.

I have them, but it doesn’t stop the skin issues. And it doesn’t help with creamy sauces.

I can do without cake, cookies, etc, but I can’t give up candy. I don’t even order dessert. But I’ll fukk up a box of fruit roll ups
Enjoy your diebetes , heart disease & obesity
