Anybody else like looking at and researching bargain sports and super cars?

Saw a Lamborghini Aventador driving fast with the top down and damn:noah:, being real, I know I'll never be able to afford one. Then I got to thinking about older supercars. Its a dumb premise if you can't afford the maintenance, but I'm always doing research.

Was looking at 997 911s Porsches. Now I'm looking at the Gen 1 Audi R8 V10. They going for $100k. Both are reliable for the most part, aged like fine wine, and sound good. Now I just need $100k.

I can envision myself in a drop top with a loud v10.

A lot of times I've found myself almost making irresponsible purchases based off those cheap porche prices

Most of their line up depreciates rapidly. So it's totally feasible to get a recent cayman or older 911 for around 60k.

Of course, you'll basically have a paperweight once those 20k repair bills come in. :sadcam:
