anybody else stomach go into hyper drive once they lay down

I was just full...hop in bed and all the sudden all I can feel is movement and shyt Kinda tickles

Like big ass bubbles rolling around inside me and I'm deflating before my eyes.

When I wake up later I'm be starving

When you try to pee right before bed and you dont have to go.. then as soon as you get comfortable in bed you have to pee badly

The worst is when your cutting weight for a fight or a wrestling match...and your trying to sleep on an empty stomach..and you toss and turn all gotdam night..you almost feel like you got claws tearing at the inside of your gotdam stomach

after eating you must stay upright for anout 3 hours so that the food can digest are you are going to regret it

food need to digest ,gasses will build up in your stomach if you don't let your food digest properly
