No it's not that simple fellas. They upheld the individual mandate in that it can be done as a tax and not under the commerce clause. So the penalty for not getting it is upheld. The opinion still stated if you are not engaged in commerce they still can't compel you. And then they favored the states argument w.r.t to that they can't be kicked out if they don't expand their medicaid program under the law to help cover the uninsured also.
Sidenote: My god I forgot how bad cable news is when they present information I heard like five different things on the each channel and all types of spin instead of going through the opinion. Someone find that opinion so we can read it, I think the courts tried to play it both ways on this one.
Sidenote: I wonder how conservatives are going to feel about Chief Justice Roberts after this one
