Anybody else with a fukked up Circadian rhythm?

its been happening for a month or two , where i get sleepy around 4-7pm and then get a sudden burst of energy after midnight. I usually can only fall asleep around 5-7 am.

I currently don't have any responsibility to wake up early , except on sundays for college.
if i did , i probably wouldn't be going through this.

I think I messed it up when I drank heavily for two years

Now 90 percent of the time I wake up around 4 am. And it's not like I wake up refreshed or anything I wake up feeling like shyt no energy and the rest of the day is a chore to get through. Doesn't matter how late I fall asleep

Wish I could be like those people that "sleep in" and need an alarm clock to wake up

i feel you OP and whoever said they wake up at 4am. i wake up like that too........ i usually work afternoon shift so im in bed by midnight. it sucks.

I'm night shift so my sleep quality is fukked. I'm probably gonna die in my 50s.

Kinda... if I wanted to I could sleep on any schedule. I might have to take an Advil pm to do it at first tho

Wtf is sleep? I'm up all night painting....wasting my fukking life for what? To not get the recognition I deserve...pisses me off. They want me dead. They dint want ke famous. They dint want me in the tabloids...when I off myself they gon say Imma genius..but when I was living they avoided me. Saying I ain't done enough yet in 3 yes but my art in Museums. Teyna give black folk art they can be proud of had my shyt stored in the bathroom...my own fukking people. Make you crash out. It's cool. When I finally get on Imma change up on them. Every oadt one dat dine did me wrong getting it. I ain't forget shyt. I be so fukking angry sometimes all I do is jack off to my evil ass thoughts. Imma make em all pay. I'm collecting skulls....

Since I was a child, I always had trouble sleeping.

I'm a creative, also, and always feel just more in tuned with everything from like 11p - 6a. It just feels like I'm alone on earth and the muse is talking to me.

I feel you breh. No matter what time I go to sleep I feel like I’m up at 4 or 5 AM regardless, never feeling refreshed.

Have you tried Melatonin? I was taking Benadryl for a bit, which helped me sleep thru the night, but that ain’t exactly the safest option.

My doctor also just advised I start taking Vitamin D and Zinc supplements to help combat seasonal affective disorder which does a number on your sleep patterns and circadian rhythm.

My sleep has been trash since my childhood. Nothing new. I'd be up until, or waking up, at times like 3-4 AM before school, etc.
