I feel you breh. No matter what time I go to sleep I feel like I’m up at 4 or 5 AM regardless, never feeling refreshed.
Have you tried Melatonin? I was taking Benadryl for a bit, which helped me sleep thru the night, but that ain’t exactly the safest option.
My doctor also just advised I start taking Vitamin D and Zinc supplements to help combat seasonal affective disorder which does a number on your sleep patterns and circadian rhythm.
