Anybody else with a fukked up Circadian rhythm?

I feel you breh. No matter what time I go to sleep I feel like I’m up at 4 or 5 AM regardless, never feeling refreshed.

Have you tried Melatonin? I was taking Benadryl for a bit, which helped me sleep thru the night, but that ain’t exactly the safest option.

My doctor also just advised I start taking Vitamin D and Zinc supplements to help combat seasonal affective disorder which does a number on your sleep patterns and circadian rhythm.
Yeah Melatonin helps, I also take these CBD sleep gummies. I've heard Zinc and Magnesium are really good.

I'm thinking it has something to do with my phone because I use it before going to bed. When I was at the detox center I would sleep a solid 8 hours cause we couldn't use phones in there
