Anybody ever been in a serious injury?

fractured my skull in two places when i was 7. my doctor said if i fell a couple inches to the left id be dead. sad shyt too, cuz there were 2 others who fractured their skull that night. they both died.

i remember waking up during surgery tho, and seeing a bunch of doctors/nurses around me in a circle pushing me down cause i guess i tried to get up..still remember how fast my heart was beating..scary shyt..

damn brah i always feared that waking up while docs had me cut open

I have. About 10 years ago i used to hang around a lot of Asians that used to race cars..my best friend Ling was a top racer in the illegal street racing thing..one nite I rode shotgun while he was racing...we were doing over 100 when he crashed into a tree..I flew like 200ft out the windshield and cracked my head..I was in the hospital for a few weeks..

What's fukked up is, is that now I can't remember anything before I was 20..I'm 33 now..but I don't remember anything about my past..I can remember the race, but that was when I was 23..

Today I was shopping for groceries and this girl approached me and asked me how I was doing and what I was up to..I told her I didn't know who she was..she was shocked and said that she had been my girlfriend from the time I was 15 to 19 and that we were supposed to get married..I told her that she was a lying bish..

Also last month i got jumped by some Mexicans..after they jumped me and I was lying on the ground battered and bruised..they told me that that's what I get for shooting their homeboy and leaving him crippled..i don't remember this..it might be true..cuz every time i look at a gun on tv, my finger starts to wiggle like I need to pull a trigger..

So anybody else been in any serious injuries?

no, not at all. me, my brother and two cousins were playing hide and seek at my aunts mothers house in the basement. split teams in 2 and we start by going upstairs, shut the lights off and make our way down. i was bumping into my cousin cuz we walked side-by-side down the staircase, so i tried to get more room.

i fell off the side of the stairs, from about 8-10 feet, on to the concrete floor because it had no railing. next thing you know, i hear my brother call for my mom "mom, keith fell" her scream when she saw me on the floor was ugh. still remember it. i didnt feel the fall, like i was in shock. but i was groggy as shyt and i was slipping in and out of consciousness. there was blood coming out my ears and mouth, shyt was brutal.

my parents rushed me to the hospital and i remember saying to them "i love you guys. im gonna go to sleep now." my mom did enough to keep me awake and make it to the hospital. my doctor said if i fell asleep, i wouldnt have woke up again. was in the hospital for 3 days and out of school for like 4 months. but the other 2 people who had the similar injury and died that night really got to me, it still does. i had survivor guilt, why did i live and they didnt? a few inches the other way, im not typing this right now.

but if there was anything positive to take from my fall, it was the insurance money im getting at 30. just about $85,000. coulda sued because in new york its mandatory to have a railing, or at least thats what i was told. but she was my non-blood aunts mother, so my mom opted not to. :lookhere: i still give her a hard time about it, woulda had atleast $250,000 lol. shyt is crazy man, life can be over at a snap of a finger.

Mine are fine. I broke one when I was 7 and the other at 17- both in car accidents. I had pins for the first and a cast for the other.

I can run, walk, jump, sit indian style, ect. My sticks are good

i got shot 3 times in the chest in 2011...dude hit me with a choppa to the chest...dude really tried to kill me...then i got up and went home

But this white dude at a job I used to work at, got killed on the job about 2 weeks ago.

He was cleaning a big ass industrial tank with corn meal in it at ADM (supermarket to the world.....the WORLD, brehs.).

If anybody knows about those tanks, there is only 1 way in and 1 way out. Well, he was inside, spraying down the tank, and the scaffold collapsed and he fell. His chest fell on a metal beam and he was trapped under the scaffold. He fell right by the entry, but it took 16 firefighters to get him out. ADM coulda cut the tank open, but they didnt until it was the last resort, but it was too late


I see why I quit that job


I dont give a fukk if u call me lazy or a p*ssy. I would quit a dangerous job if I felt my life was in the balance. The shyt aint worth it just to make these corporations all that money off your labor($12.00/hr)
