I did once but now my therapist needs therapy from trying to psychoanalyze me. All it's about is changing your thought patterns and modifying responses to triggers. Most people can benefit from it, didnt work for me tho.
We'd talk about what i did, why i did it, how i can do it differently next time. In a real slick way you answer your own questions, they just bring it out of you. What methods did they want you to use to change your thought pattern & response?

If you can get it for free try it but as @Uncle Kingpin said I just studied psychology, read book and basically became my own shrink. Works out better.
@Schmoove it depends what do you hope to achieve from it? Unless it's a real deep rooted issue id advise you psychoanalyse yourself...,
It's deep breh.![]()
yeah
Breh deeper than deep ?
Are we talking deep rooted childhood related issues here or trauma which occurred in your adult life ?![]()
No trauma...
But childhood stuff.
Let's just say, men who grow up living life through trial and error end up making errors they shouldn't have to make.
