I'm salaried, but I try to keep my hours about 8 a day.

And if you stay a few extra hours on Tuesday. You take your ass home early another day that week.

And overtime pay should be written into your salaried contract. If it's not. You are dumb as shyt

Depending on how much u earn u probably getting it back at tax time

Yeah don't get me wrong I alway jump at the opportunity to work OT. But it's when your looking at your Gross Pay and your Net Pay is what hurts

Not true...if your a consultant..companies can finesse ya pockets by paying "per day" ...but the day can be 8, 9 or 10 hours but the rate stays the same
