Amazon going thru the normal growing pains of any carrier/delivery company..

Callouts
Quitting
Lack of staffing

Also other companies they use to outsource their non prime stuff are putting their "money makers" before Amazon

Yep.
My dude has a maintenance & service contract with one of the Amazon Delivery Service Partners.
He takes care of their vehicles for them.

The turnover rate for the drivers is insane and finding someone who can pass a drug test and willing to come to work on time is damn near impossible.
People call out all the time.
The goals and milestones Amazon forces you to hit are unrealistic and too much pressure for a lot of the drivers.

It is what it is.

no…I’m still getting my shyt on time…only new change I’ve noticed is I can no longer cancel an order once it’s on the truck…it’s been the case for the last few months but prior to that if I changed my mind at the last second, I used to be able to cancel an order even if it was out for delivery

All of this especially quitting, the turnover rate from the warehouse to the drivers is crazy here in my town. 1 of the driving companies alone had 180/190 people who came and went in the past 3 months.

Yep, and I love it. AT LEAST $5 a pop every time. I literally just got $10 in credits (only sold and shipped by Amazon products) this morning because there was a price listing error, which I knew. “12 pack” of 32oz white vinegar for $2.97. It was a day late and I received 1 instead of 12 so I got a refund, don’t have to do a return, $5 for the day late and $5 for the product listing error. Their credits are part of my weekly random spending budget for myself

Yeah it's a challenging job without union protection...

The customers(including me) have turned this shyt into a legit sweatshop..
