Oatmeal is actually one of my most favorite foods. I love it but it doesn’t love me.
It triggers my Crohn’s and my lactose intolerance.
I’m a ghetto nikka at heart I still eat the Quaker apples and cinnamon.
I also use milk instead of water. Add a lil butter. Lil bit of sugar. You in the game.
