Brehs, please help me get this shyt off my pc. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. If I had a windows 7 CD, I'd reinstall my whole OS just to get rid of this shyt.

Basically, this sweetpacks virus/spyware/hijacker whatever it is, hijacks your browsers search engine. I have to use Opera browser because it seems to be the only browser that blocks this shyt. Anybody ever have this problem? How did you fix it?

Shouldn't malwarebytes fix all who oppose?

majorgeeks.com & bleepingcomputer.com is the main sources I use for malware and virus removal

Besides malware bytes (which doesn't always find everything), I use

HitmanPro
FRST64 or FRST (manual virus and malware removal, don't use his unless you tech savy, otherwise post your results on major geeks)

There's a few more I'm forgetting about, I'll give you the names once I get home

Now why would you need all of that :dahell:

Not saying you wrong, just asking why?

I used to have a bunch of shyt, then I learned its not even good to have too many virus protections at once
That will slow your PC down more than whatever virus you trying to remove
Malwarebytes basically prevents most if not all things from getting on your PC
While other programs are used more for "if" you accidentally allowed a virus past that protection

I've used Malwarebytes with windows essentials on a few laptops.. downloaded whatever I wanted
Never had a virus issue :manny:

But enough about my limited knowledge, how did you develop such a complex system of protection
And if your way is THE WAY, then thank you bruh for enlightening a brotha :handshake:

stop letting dummies use your computer or stop browsing suspect sites. But before using any removal program boot your computer in safemode

They're not virus protection, they're scanners for different types of viruses/malware

And I agree, if all these all were always running at the same time, that would be a major problem

I just strictly use these for removal and identification

I've found that AVG/Avast/MalwareBytes don't always catch everything, they're just general scanners/protection

Oh, and I came across these by removing viruses/malware off the computers at work, I'm sure that there's better out there, but these are free

And lol, my way isn't the sure fire way, the tech heads at majorgeeks forums are more knowledgeable about these then I am, but so far in expierence, they havent let me down.......... Yet
