Anybody here ever take a CPR class?

Soooo my new job requires me to be CPR certified. I've got a class tonight, and I'm kinda nervous.

We just put our mouth on the dummies, right? I'm not gonna have to put my lips.. well, you know.

This is 100% serious. The class is in three hours. Let me know if you've gone through with this (the class, not kissing a dude)

It's mostly just watching films right??

Relax man. Everyone is given a disposable mouthpiece and the classes are a breeze. You'll be fine.

I’ve had to take one before. You’ll just practice chest compressions on a mannequin and probably go over how to use an AED. As far as I know, everyone passes them classes so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

I used to teach them, it’s easy af just go in chill and you’ll pass

yeah…it was actually cool…went by real fast too…it was like 2-3 hours…they’ll provide you with a wrapped mouthpiece you will take out and use on the dummy…we took turns watching the presentation and practicing on the dummies…one “adult” and one “child”
