Bought my daughter one, regulated it from 29mph to 11 and she fell. Spent 16 days in hospital, some in urgent care, 4inch gash got infected, kidneys failed.. shyt got wild and scary all from a fall. She's fine now, just getting her gauze out.. I hate that fukking bike.
Anybody here got an EBike? Thinking about spendin $1800

I bought mine years ago before the boom when people were still on the fence about them. Hell I was too but I got a good deal. I copped a Chinese make from a company that has clones with different brands. I doubt they're still around. But mine is a regular bike that has an electric motor which was critical to my decision. I didn't want something big or bulky that's worthless if the motor dies.

I've been looking into this heavy. I might get one in the spring. I might even try riding it to work on nice days since my job is only a few miles away. I looked up the city ordinance on it and it says as long as it doesn't go over 20 mph you can ride them on the sidewalk.
