Anybody here rent out multifamily homes?

I've been interested in real estate for longest. I know there's more to it than pictures though. Maybe I could pay someone for inspection? And if I didn't feel like dealing with tenants I could always hire a property management company.

This looks like a good deal and I know the area. If only I had the downpayment
