You just need to go at least 2 weeks. I smoked cigarettes in college. Finally got fed up and quit.
Drink plenty of water and sleep. Get some gum or some certs and pop one when you get that urge. You can do it. You might have to stop drinking for awhile. I stopped drinking when I was quitting smoking. Hadn't drank or smoke in 4 years .
Its all about willpower, and actually WANTING to quit, not quitting because you "should".. If you truly WANT to give it up, it aint no thing breh, just do it.. You are the master of your own mind and body, u make the calls!
i dont understand how you people can smoke, the smokers at work have the worst breath, they smell like shyt, yellow teeth and nails. how can u live like that
i smoked for 10 years.
my girl convinced me that we should try electronic cigs...i did not think it would work.
used it for a day and never went back to tobacco. it's been 2 years.
i felt the physical benefits after a week.
i still get nicotine but in the form of vapor, not smoke.
i order from here.
if you have any questions just ask.
My moms would smoke a pack a day from 16 to 22 until her mother said she didnt approve. Moms dropped it that day and hasnt had a craving since. She's addicted to pepsi though...
I smoked heavily for ten years straight. I stop smoking after what it seem like a thousand attempts. What helped my was to stay busy. Pick up new hobbies, stay active and think about the long term effects. I dont want to be one of those nikkas with the voicebox.
what help me is this book I read called " the art of concentration." It really open up my eyes about willpower and self control.
