Anybody here who didnt have home economics taught to them in school?

Most of my primary education was in the 90s and home economics was not in the curriculum at the school i went to but the school i went to was some cheap private school. Were they a thing doing in the public education system? Which grade did yall get home ec if they taught it? Do they still teach it to kids now in school?

there was a cooking class at my high school but i don't think it had the other portions of home economics curriculum.

i never took it tho

And yes my middle school had home economics

I took it in middle school never saw it again after that. I cant front tho it was a cool class, we had to cook a 3 course meal for the final exam
