Just not as intense or extreme as I used to. I was also overtraining in a sense. Between military training, playing sports for my command, and working out on my own multiple times a day, I was getting too big and wearing my body down
My body type puts on muscle fast af and overtraining makes me more likely to get injured if I do so. Now I probably work out about 3 times a week at the most, with isometric and other less strenuous exercises in between
I would love to get into something like hot yoga or something as well
