Yeah I do

Just not as intense or extreme as I used to. I was also overtraining in a sense. Between military training, playing sports for my command, and working out on my own multiple times a day, I was getting too big and wearing my body down

My body type puts on muscle fast af and overtraining makes me more likely to get injured if I do so. Now I probably work out about 3 times a week at the most, with isometric and other less strenuous exercises in between

I would love to get into something like hot yoga or something as well

well this happened back in feb 2016. she is fine now. but it took a good 6 months in order to get right tho. I mean it's not like she's playing sports or anything.

there's this lady I work with who tore hers, recovered damn near, and tore it again. she's been in a walking boot basically the ENTIRE time I've known her.

I’m scared because I fukked mine up. Not sure how bad, but I still have some pain and the bump hasn’t gotten smaller almost a week later. :sadcam:

I can still walk and twist my ankle, but if I sit a certain way with my ankle angled and get up I feel pain and limp for a bit. I can do calf raises and walk on the balls of my feet. I read people can still do this even if it’s ruptured.

I know how it happened, and when it did I wasn’t feeling pain until hours later. Im hoping it’s just a strain. Icing helps and im using a bandage on it. A few days ago I would feel pain when putting some pressure on it, so wrapping wasn’t gonna happen. If I put a lot of pressure on one spot I feel pain.

Gonna give it another week before deciding if I’ll go to UC. :to:
