Anybody know the backstory behind this shootout?

The scene starts at 2:18 but its timestamped to when the shooting starts. The pickup truck is there waiting at the light for almost a minute before the shooting starts. A dude goes up to the drivers window after it's been there almost 40 secs. He's there for 20 seconds before another car comes , makes a right turn at the intersection and starts blasting. Anybody know the back story on this?

Well it all started when one group of guys were gang gang ganging....which led to various others assorted characters to gang gang in response but then gang an them gang gang gang gang gang gang, which led to more gang gang until gang got arrested and gang gang unfortunately didn’t make it
