I live in Dallas right now, I might be transferring to Oklahoma City University next fall. I've been up there a few times, but I haven't really interacted with the people or been in the state long enough to truly know what it's like.

My mother is worried, she's under the impression that Texas is less racist than Oklahoma because it's more diverse down here. She thinks that just because the cacs who murdered James Byrd Jr. got the book thrown at them, it means that white supremacists are less likely to attack me here in Texas than in Oklahoma.

She's worried that I'm gonna go up to Oklahoma and end up dead because of what happened in Black Wall Street.

So, if anybody has been to Oklahoma for a period of times, lives/has lived there, knows someone up there, etc., do me a favor and answer these questions;

- What's the racial vibe like up there? Are white supremacists more aggressive or passive (like they are here in Texas)?

- What's the weather like up there? I know there's a shyt ton of tornadoes up there, but Dallas has had it's fair share of tornadoes so I'm not that worried about them.

- Is it really THAT :flabbynsick: up there? 'Cause I'm hearing that half the population up there is Larry Holmes status.

- What is housing like up there? I heard it's actually not that expensive to get a decent home up there.

- And, most importantly, what are the broads like and what that thang smell like? :shaq:

Passive; everybody's "independent" here, on ALL controversial issues.... They give you the lines to read between tho.

You're in Dallas.....you KNOW the weather is identical in OKC; we're damn near the same lattitude, globally speaking.

There's plenty of fat people, but even more people that are fit.... Weight seems to be proportional to financial outlook up this way. The people that overeat; you prolly won't be worried about them anyway. I mean, after all; you ain't moving up here to be broke, right?

Housing is still the best buy in the US, for city size-home price ratio.

- And, most importantly, what are the broads like and what that thang smell like? :shaq:
I been off the market for a while, but I'm not blind homie; they here. The only shortage of women in OKC is prolly carribean spanish, (ricans, DR, etc), but yeah they here, mayne.

I'm born and raised here in OKC, lived in VA for a while in the Army.

- Oklahoma city university is an expensive, private school. Youll be bored on that campus for sure

- as far as racism, its just like any other city. I wouldnt be concerned. Ocu is actually on the eastside, which is the black side of town. Plenty of black people live in okc.

- weather is never the same

- cost of living isnt high

- just another city with a poor night life. Very boring. Perfect for a college student.

- there are fukkable females. Dallas is much bigger, just based on sheer volume, there are way more attractive women there

- getting a career started in okc can be hard. You have plenty of people who left to get experience & came back once they had it. You don' t really have a lot of blacks in high positions to put you on

So you're saying the wealthier they are the slimmer they are?

And, I never been that obsessed with Latinas like most of these dudes are. I like, of course black chicks, but if I'm going interracial, I like East Indian broads. There a lot of them up there or nah?

I feel you on that there; there are a few real predominantly black areas, and the black women do take pride in personal appearance.
Um, it does seem that money, and OVERALL hygene is related, but this tends to be the same no matter where I have visited, or the racial group....
Aaight, the spot (no pun) to catch the hindus is down in Norman, which is 25 mins south of OKC.
In the city, you'd tend to find more of them in the Asian District, off 23rd st, or perhaps scattered across Edmond, another suburb of OKC.

Durant is regularly out & about. Okc is small so youll see the players all the time usually solo

OK is terrible. I lived there for four years. Worst place I've ever lived. Tornados, racists, absolutely nothing to do, the state is run by baptists, 3.2 beer, etc.

I hate tx too, but TX > OK

I've actually never met as many racists as when I lived in OK.

Tulsa is alright though...

As opposed to Chicago, where whites tell you which part of the city you can live in?
:usure:
The only thing that dictates that here is cash money :manny:

On what there is to do: in no way does OKC compete with Dallas or Chicago, but it's getting better.....and fast.
