anybody learning to use their left or right brain?

I'm ambidextrous or so I've been told because I tend to use both sides of my body but for different things. I write with my right hand but write like I'm left handed. I even fap with my right hand, but I use my left to shoot a basketball, to kick a soccer ball, but fighting wise its my jab.

Last night I was bowling, which I use my right hand, but my right is weak because of a surgery and me not letting myself recover. So I decided to switch to my left hand and I'm fairly well with it, I just have to get my footwork down and get used to it.

But my question is: have you guys ever switched hands or legs or done something differently just to work on your brain?

Well damn nikka if I did some shyt that im proud of, being that I'm only 22 I would think that yall would be encouraging a young brother and trying to drop gems on him instead of making him feel bad about being proud of himself

I fap with my left only on special occasions.

But I hoop and shoot with my left these days ironically because when I was young I wanted to develop my left hand dribbling skills so I did every thing with my left. Then at some point it became my dominant hand. But I still write and stuff with the right so idk
