I'm going today for the night, might stay in a hostel, what's good with bars and such?

Its taco tuesday, so you'll probably want to head out to the pacific beach area (pb). They have cheap deals on tacos and drinks. You can get faded and full for not much more than 20 bucks, and there will be plenty of college aged bunnies that you'll have a chance to take back home to the telly. Any other night I would suggest downtown. This is a bad couple of weeks tho, because finals are approaching, and we're in the middle of "coachella season", so the bars might not be quite as packed as usual.
Edit: Recommended PB Bars in order....Tavern, Alehouse, Firehouse, Typhoons, Thrusters....Bar West is the most crackin spot out there, but Im not sure if they're open on Tuesday. I dont go out much mid-week.

shyt, I'm looking for a room too, think I'm gonna just find a hostel. You tryna have a drink with me? At that shyt?
Definitely with it Thursday-Sat....mid-week is too tough for your boy tho. My bad.
For a hostel check out Ocean Beach...PB/downtown will be way too expensive for a room.

Dont forget Bassmnt, which is the hottest spot now.
And also dont forget Dive pool parties are back up and running in late May. We just started 'em last year, and if you've never been on one basically a group of buses picks us all up from SD, and takes us to a casino in the desert at a vegas style pool party. Its a 40 minute trip, so everyone that goes is BENT on arrival (drinks are obviously allowed on the bus). Sht is dumb crackin. Mad women...lil john and other djs have spun there. Between Dive, Intervention, and the downtown night scene Im guuna be a wrap by fall.
Summer finna be hot.

Definitely spoiled....thats why I dont go out to Vegas anymore, because the party and nightlife scene have been on steroids the last couple of years once promoters and club owners figured out how to market and promote right, and get on that pool party wave.
