i speak facts not emotions
if so i need help on how to collect.
You can still make money but it's really difficult now. EBay changed the game
what about cam newton and steph curry rookie cards.
Cards don't become worth anything really until the players are further in their careers. I remember back when I had the Griffey rookie card and it was only worth like 25 dollars, I bet if you checked now it would probably be worth a couple hundred now but that still ain't shyt really. Its something that takes generations to be worth it.
If my grandfather was into it and left me a Babe Ruth rookie card or some shyt that was left from HIS FATHER then I'd be set. If I still had the cards I had, I'd be sitting on them just to give to my kids when they got older and have them hand them down to their kids...and then they would start being worth something.
i got some money and i want to spend some of that money on cards.
Don't do that.i got some money and i want to spend some of that money on cards.
so what makes a card worth money is it the player the limited amount of cards they put out for press the genre of the sport etc ?
I don't collect any more But in sure it's basically the same as it used to be. It depends on the card. Some rookie cards might only be worth a couple of dollars and some may be worth a nice chunk of change, depends on the set, the rarity of the card, the demand of the player, lots of variables.what about cam newton and steph curry rookie cards.
