Anybody on here had any close calls with death?

Halloween of 96, me and a few of the homies decided it would be fun to go around Flatbush Ave throwing eggs at random people. Started mid afternoon and ended at midnight, shyt was going smooth until we hit the wrong car with eggs. I remember that shyt like it was yesterday. Saw a black or maybe dark blue MPV, covered that shyt with eggs and 8 dudes jumped out with what I think was an Uzi. One of them dudes chased me, caught me and tried to throw me inside the van, told me he was going to murk me and throw me in the Hudson. Got lucky, driver knew my cousin and told breh to let me go.

Breh had me hemmed up like Jojo Simmons I laugh now when I think about it, but at the time I was shook

Damn you lucky ol dude knew your peoples.
I remember back in the day a kid in my school district got killed doing that.

Almost died from that one shyt that happens when your engine is fukked up and you in a place with no ventilation (in my case the car itself with the windows rolled up), I think it's CO poisoning. Noticed myself getting real fukking sleepy and could barely move a muscle and felt like somebody was pressing down on my chest. Remembered someone talking about a similar experience in the 7th grade and rushed towards opening the door. Felt like I was taking a fresh breathe after nearly drowning. If I hadn't remembered that shyt, I'd be 6 feet under.

My first car had this same exact problem

You couldn't drive it with the windows up or it could be game over

I had a quarter tank of gas on the highway... But not thinking that going up hills that the gauge fluctuates... So I'm in the middle Lane of the interstate and my truck just shuts TF off... I wanna say a half mile behind me is a 18 wheeler... Doin at least 60... My car just drifting... I turned the ignition once nothing... By the grace of whoever watches over me up there... That second turn got life to the car and I moved it to emergency Lane in the left side of the highway.... Once that adrenaline wore off I felt numb... I felt everything bit of blood racing thru my viens and I couldn't feel my legs.... That was some straight Final Destination type shyt
