I've been on a leave since last October.
I had a bit of a breakdown things got really bad. I've been in therapy, took some me time, recorded a ton of music, been in the gym daily am even considering picking up Personal Training as a side hustle now Im in a much better place mentally and will be returning to my job in a couple weeks. I miss the money and luxuries I had to give up when I decided to take the leave

I went on one in 2012 was off from mid-Sept thru EOY. had to get a Dr that put me on meds that would recommend time away. Have to see the Dr consistently through the leave keeping case worker from HR updated until return to work date is established. Your job ofcourse has policy for maximum time allowed/pay etc.
