There is a gag order on commenting about the game. But how would they enforce it. If someone did attend and post impressions on YT or a blog?

in betas/alphas especially now they plaster your email or user name over the entire screen so if you took a screen shot or recorded a video you couldnt edit it out (think like a permanent water mark on a picture) and then they could just tie it to your account and you'd be in legal action..

which is funny because I think TitanFall will be one of the first games that people will break NDA in many years for the simple fact the requirements are dumb to get in.

If you have an Origin account and a BF4 for Xbox One you get into the beta yeah a lot of people will be breaking the NDA

when you sign the NDA you are signing a legal document.. that shyt aint just for show..

with the Elder Scrolls Online beta, they put your email in an overlay all over the screen. so if you try to post any screenshots or vids, it will be obvious. it's hard for them to track simple text or voice opinions, so long as it's not easy for them to tie it to whatever username and/or email you use with them, but it's still risky business. ESO also had a subforum for snitching...

I don't understand how my Origin's account was created when I copped BF4. If they used the email(old college account) my xbox live account was originally set up with then I can't get in.

Go to the origin website, from there you can have it so you can set up a new password.

many of those "betas" are just basically demos and/or a server stress test, and don't even have a NDA. I'll just say that it remains to be seen if and how they'll try to enforce this one. but if they put your email all over screen, you probably won't see many videos on youtube. not to mention, they would just have them taken down

not all betas have NDAS

Theres different stages of betas, since this will OBVIOUSLY be your first beta EVER. ill break it down for you

theres alpha stages, friends and family beta (sometimes included in alpha), then closed beta, then open beta, then stress test beta. Closed betas and obviously Alpha usually have NDAs. Open and Stress Test betas dont.
